Dallas Jessup - 2007
CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute by CNN and Anderson Cooper honors ordinary people who make extraordinary contributions to help others. Heroes were chosen from among 7,000 nominations from 80 countries. “Recognizing the unheralded who accomplish great things” Dallas was recognized in the Young Wonder category.
Kohl’s recognizes young volunteers who make their communities a better place to live; “Stand-up kids who deserve to stand out”. Dallas Jessup is one of ten national winners receiving a scholarship and donation to her non profit.
Jefferson Award for Public Service
Founded by Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis for outstanding public service and celebrating the American characteristic for giving back to the community, the nation, and in some cases the world, Dallas Jessup is recognized as the Washington State award winner.
